5. Shipping & Delivery

• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): ₹550 flat rate.
  
  

• International Shipping: ₹7,000  International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer as per the destination country’s regulations.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays or holidays.
  
  

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared. Elevn is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  

6. Returns & Exchanges

• At Elevn, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
  
  

• All sales are final. Please review sizing, color, and product details carefully before placing your order.
  
  

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elevn.com with photos and order details for assistance.
  

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Promotional codes are valid for limited periods and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
